Terry Dozier is a 1989 graduate of the University of South Carolina. He was a captain and four-year starter for the Gamecocks basketball team.
Dozier played 12 years of professional basketball in both the National Basketball Association (Charlotte Hornets) and overseas in Australia, Israel, Japan, Italy, England, and Cyprus.
He currently serves as the Career Development Coordinator for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at his alma mater, promoting the Gamecock Athletics Career Network. He develops programs to assist student-athletes in their transition from college to career.
Dozier’s 20 years of basketball experience have given him the opportunity to speak to audiences throughout the world on matters concerning career strategies, competitive edge, student-athletes, youth, and families.
Married since 1991, Terry and his wife have three daughters and live in Eastover, South Carolina.
